Since my 18 yo I began my gastronomy adventures as a kitchen helper at the Hotel du Ron in Switzerland. Throughout of my career was the Chief Giles Dupont which has provided me to know and to develop new methods of work, to know new flavours and to work a product as if it were the first time.
I returned to Portugal in 2003 as Chief of Catering at the Silva Carvalho Group. I embraced the new projects ahead at the Tágide Restaurant between 2007 and 2013 and finally in 2014 I started this new personal and professional challenge - Incomum By Luís Santos - in this wonderful village of Sintra.
From a dream to the idea and the idea to its realization, this gastronomic space has to offer you a menu plenty of creative suggestions since a full tasting pack to the simple dish request.
